Lemon and Raspberry Sorbet

Zaid met his 25 point goal. That means he has read 50 books and took tests. We are oh, so very proud of him. His favorite series of books right now, is The Box Car Children and The Magic Treehouse.

He lost his first tooth in September!! It stayed loose for so long, and his permanent tooth was growing in, eventually Tamer just pulled it for him! The tooth fairy brought his $4. He put that money towards a box set of the The Magic Treehouse.

We went to Cold Stone Creamery on Sunday, Zaid tried the Lemon sorbet and Raspbery sorbet and declared it delicious!

Culture Diversity in the United States

It is 2:05 am and I just completed a paper for a college course. I do not feel exhausted, but I guess I am just "fooling" myself and the fact that I am double typing words makes me realize I need SLEEP!!! After tomorrow's class, I am hoping to come home and take a nice LONG nap before it is time to go and pick up Zaid from school.

So many wonderful yet busy days are rushing by, my prayer is that I can cherish each and everyone one of those days and accept them for what they are, a present.
